Buyers Responsibility
To keep this guarantee offered to you in force you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. The seller must be informed immediately of the examination’s result. During the initial exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to be a poor health risk or detect any physical health problem that would require further veterinary care (other than required vaccinations and/ or treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external) you MUST contact me within 24 hours. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giardia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to,
Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.
The puppy must be paid for in FULL plus shipping fees, no less than 2 weeks prior to the shipping date.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Health Guarantee
Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery and that the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The Buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and worming due, and will agree to have them done on time, failure to do so will render this contract null and void.
This puppy is guaranteed for six months against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this six-month time frame, the Buyer will pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Animal must show the defect by 6 months of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.
No refund, in part or in full, will be given.
This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, “loose” hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils).
This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks or ear mite, Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyer’s expense. The Buyer/owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
Buyer is responsible for ALL transportation costs to and from the Seller on a replacement puppy.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without Seller’s permission.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arizona, in the County of Pinal. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Pinal county Arizona
Shipping Information
Puppies are shipped at 10 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping is at Buyer’s expense. I ship with several Airlines that have pet first programs. Also, depends on any flight restrictions at the time. Most airlines place no fly restrictions on brachycephalic (snub nose) breeds, if it’s too hot or cold. In that case we have a great alternative company that does ground shipping. If you know that you will need your puppy shipped give me a call and we will come up with the safest most effective way to get it done.
I will try to ship your puppy when it is convenient for you, but sometimes that is not always an option. I will ship your puppy at the first agreed upon date. If the weather is too cold or too hot shipping may be delayed. You are always welcome to pick up your puppy.
